The Member Assistance Program provided by Land O’Lakes, Inc. through Unum, offers resources to assist our members dealing with difficult circumstances. With our Member Assistance Program, members can call a confidential phone line or go online to get help with several needs, including:

• Working through sensitive issues such as personal and work relationships and mental health.

• Locating childcare and elder-care services in your area.

• Obtaining a referral to a local attorney for a free half-hour in-person or phone legal consultation.

Land O’Lakes members can call 1-800-854-1446 (or 1-877-858-2147 for Spanish) 24 hours a day and identify themselves as a Land O’Lakes member to the representative. Or members can go online to lifebalance.net and use “lifebalance” as the user ID and password to get started.
