In the spirit of continuous improvement, we are consistently reexamining how and what we communicate to you—our member-owners. Based on the results of a comprehensive communications audit in 2016, we began refining the topics we communicate and the preferred delivery methods. This included a new member experience at LandOLakesInc.com and the launch of a new and improved Connections newsletter in 2017.
But the improvements didn’t stop there. Since enhancing these tools, we’ve seen a tremendous increase in readership on our Member News site and engagement with the Connections newsletter. Building on this success, we’re excited to unveil an expanded Members Site, where you can access the products, services, programs and tools available to you as part of your membership with Land O’Lakes, Inc. The new site is the official hub for all things member-related including Products & Services, Governance & Leader Development and Government Relations & Advocacy offerings. This is in addition to the Member News and Community Involvement information already available on the site. All of which is presented in a more user-friendly manner and works on all devices.

Usernames and Passwords
You’ll notice a few of the pages on the new site are password-protected (e.g. Leader Elections, Equity Statement). You can access this password-protected content on the new Members Site, as well as the existing business sites (MPOL, WinField United Business Link, Purina Business Link), using your current Ag2Ag (Business Link) username and password. No changes were made to your username or password.
Business Link/MPOL
As part of this project, Member Business Link will be decommissioned as the information previously on that site has all moved to our enhanced Members Site. However, it is worth noting we have only decommissioned the Member Business Link page. No changes were made to the Purina Business Link, WinField United Business Link or MPOL sites. You can still access these sites by selecting the Business Link Login or MPOL Login options in the upper right corner of the Members Site and entering your Ag2Ag (Business Link) username and password.
